After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)

Verify code before pressing the last #.
Code error, don't try again!!
Phone restrictions off, it's unlocked!
If you decide that you would like to unlock your Nokia per the instructions from the provided link, you will only get five attempts to unlock your phone. Remove the sim card from the phone and enter in only the first code (ends with +1#) with no spaces in between. If you do enter in five incorrect codes, your phone will not be damaged, but the phone will remained locked. If this happens, you would more than likely have to get your phone unlocked by a third-party.

Thank you for the unlock codes. After entering the first unlock code the restriction notice went away. I'm new to this unlocking. I'm assuming only one of the codes you provided is needed to fully unlock the phone.

I plugged my China Mobile Subscriber Identity Module into the T-Mobile phone. The phone now boots up to the same menu that had only worked when I have my T-Mobile SIM plugged in. No service is available when I have my China Mobile SIM plugged in here in the US. I assume when I return to China the China Mobile SIM will have service available on the unlocked T-Mobile Nokia 6010 phone.

Any comments on this would be appreciated.
