hey does anyone know any plugins i can use to change the CPU speed wenever i want
btw if it helps im on 3.03 oe-c

to change its settings, just reboot ur pc. switch it off, by holding the power till it turns off. then hold the r button while turning it on.. :)

yes i know that but i was asking if dere a way i can change the CPU speed wenever i want for example..change the CPU speed while im on the psp's xmb

Nope it's not possible and it wouldn't be good for your PSP changing the CPU speed like that on the fly, the PSP's processor needs to reset before the clock can be changed just like how computers can't just change their CPU clocks like that.
