How would I put emulators on my non chipped/modified PSP? and is it possible to do so without getting it modified?

first we need to know what firmware your PSP is running so we can tell you whether it can be downgraded (currently 3.03 is the highest firmware that can be downgraded so anything more than that im sorry to say you will have to wait a few months)
