Hello, Can somebody help me to unlock my nokia 6670b ?

IMEI 356204000312460
locked in Mexico by Telcel operator

Please note that I already tried 2 times, I don´t know how many times more are allowed,1 or 3.

Thanks but it didn´t work. Message came "Not Allowed". i have listened that in this model 6670b you have to include 2 codes, is that truth ? This is the third time I have tried. What do you suggest to do?

2 codes only applies to Canada when locked to Fido or Rogers.
