Search Google for "Final Fantasy 7 torrent" or maybe "PSP PSX Final Fantasy 7 torrent" or something. Some are pre-converted. If they come as PSX Isos, you'll need to use PopStation GUI.

Use a standard torrent program such as uTorrent to download. Should take about a day or less if you leave on all day.

WARNING: I do not condone piracy. This is only if you actually own the game. (You're supposed to anyway ;) nudge nudge)
