Downloaded the software and followed the instructions to a Starview Box. But when I bin file is starts and then gives a message " Flash Update Fail""

Any ideas what I need to do??

Cheers. By accident I changed the port number from Serial Port 1 to Serial Port 2 and it worked, may have been a fluke but thanks...
