CWCheat freeze game?

Why does some games like (Yu gi oh) freeze when you enable a cheat with cwcheat like (99x all cards)?

Same thing happened with Rachet and Clank: size matter, for the cheat with all armor.

I'm using oe 3.10 a', and i even try setting the CWcheat cpu speed to 333mhz and the bus to 166mhz. Still freezes. All of the code are directly from cwcheat database too.

Sometimes certain codes will freeze the game. Also too many codes can freeze the game. Remember these things arent perfect
