Hi guys; I tried to get the IME from this phone using the *#06# method,but I get no response. I could read a code from the phone inside,and it has a code= 0519475BIVI15RE.
I would like to request an unloking code(if possible) for this phone to work with either Tigo or Movistar network in Colombia,South America.

If you look in the back, possibly having to remove the battery and you see an 11 digit ESN#, it can not be unlocked.
