Cant Read Burnt CD's!

Gday!
This Xbox ive been soft modding has been HELL for some reason but i finally got most things working.

but it dont read cds(cd-r,cd-rw,DVD-R,DVD-RW) (though it will read burnt xbox games and dvds, if its burnt as a dvd movie)

but say, a burnt audio cd it just dont recognise it... in Boxplorer, XBMC etc.

also if i burn data so i could copy it on the xbox through a file manager it dont read that either.

Do you guys no what it could be?

first of all burnt cd-r's dont work in the xbox. the other types should work tho.. you using the same dvd brand as when u burn your games? and did you use the right mode while burning?

yep.

Cd-r's work in my Xbox, thbis ones not mine that im doing it to.
I used use Cd-r's all the time in my xbox.

um yeh i they are the same brand.

So are saying none of you guys can play burnt audio cds? (or do you mean just data cd-r?)

oh and the mode for burning? with my xbox i would just burn data like i would for computer and on cd-r.

some Xbox drives will read CD's fine. Others will not.
Do the two Xbox systems have the same brand DVD drive?
You can look on the internet and they have pictures of the DVD drive trays that will tell you which type they are.

Have you tried burning the files to a DVD instead.
