I have just put a new xmb wave hack on my psp 1.5 running proof of concept firmware. i also had a x-flash xmb wave on to. when i tried to reboot it it freezes at the opening screen. but i can still grt to the recovery mode. someone please help.

well aslong as you can get into recovery you should be fine,i would suggest reading the readme that should of came with your custom firmware.

well it's semi bricked,just have a read of the readme and it will tell you how to use the recovery feature

its semi bricked. just go to the recovery menu and recover it.
my psp life- 2.01, 2.50, 1.50, 2.00, 1.50, 2.00, 1.50, 2.00, 1.50, 2.71 SE-A, 2.71 SE-B, 2.71 SE-C, 3.02 OE-A, 3.02 OE-B, 3.03 OE-A, 3.03 OE-B, 3.03 OE-C

yeah but i ran a x-flash hack were i cant update it, i just wanna know is there a program or a way to erase all of the flash

x-flash hack that you cant update? dont really know what you mean there?
all you need to do is reinstall 1.5 on it using the recovery feature

taken from the readme from poc firmware that i just downloaded
"Recovery mode:". If you keep R pressed while starting the psp, it will enter in "Recovery mode".
Recovery mode is not more than a simple application that will let you to use the usb, and execute a
program under ms0:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP, that could be, for example, a sony updater or the
1.50 -> 1.00 downdater.

just download firmware 1.5 and install it.(it will just say no need to update your are already firmware 1.50)

did you read what i wrote,make a folder in game called UPDATE and place the eboot in there then run from recovery,it should work but i havent tried it as never used the poc firmware

ermm i dunno then really sorry,hopefully someone else can help you out as i neva used poc firmware so dont really know how it works.
