PSX GAME WONT WORK

Why doesnt my PSX grand thief auto 2 game work. My psp firmware is 3.10oea' and the eboot game is in folder "GAME150". like this...... PSP, GAME150, GTA2,and inside the "GTA2" folder is a EBOOT.pbp,BASE.pbp,and KEYS.BIN. When I go to "game" on my psp it shows the icon of GTA2, but when I play it it says "the game cannot be started the game is corrupted".Can anyone help?

either try to put it in the normal GAME folder if that doesnt work extract it to iso then convert with a newer converter because if you didnt make it yourself some people used an old converter which only worked up to 3.03oe-c not 3.10oe-a that happened to me and i just decided to make my own
