hey, i took my PSP to bestbuy so i could get a new one... and the guy said call a number on the warrenty....does anyone know how this works or if it works... will they give me a new one or just fix it... if anyone knoes please let me know...

i had the warrenty too. i send my broken psp and they sent me the new one. call the number u have to ship psp and they will send u free shipping tag. and after that they will give u best buy gift cards equilant o ur psp price.
