I'm trying to open some ports to DL WoW faster but I'm having some trouble. I can get a new static IP and it will bring up web pages just fine. However, it won't bring up my router for some reason, it just times out.

My router is a Belkin F5D7230-4.

Any suggestions would be great.


edit: I can get it to work on this pc, which is a desktop directly linked to the router by a cord. However, it's still not working on the laptop which connects via wireless.
