I may sound like a dumbass here, but how do i download the emulators from xport?

You don't.. you have to look at places like boxtorrent and #xbins. Xport don't distribute the emulators directly because of legal issues over the bios and copyright used.

I can't even link you to download sites for them for the very same reasons. Google the name of the emulator, or even easier just install them off an installer disk.
