hi guys i have just bought a new 1.50 white psp and i need to konw where to find the 3.03 oe-a upgrader or can somebody link me to it as i can't seem to find it.

i dont need a step by step guide just the file i can do the rest myself.

also can somebody please give me a guide to customizing my xmb icons and before you all ask yes i have read every guide about it on this site and still can't make heads or tails of it can somebody plz explain it to me simpily.

oh and whilst i am here can somebody give me the recovery folder file or is it inluded in the 3.03 oe-a update?

the recovery folder should create itself but if it dosent you can get it off a winstaller afterwards. and as for the xmb icons, don't go messing with those unless you know exactly what ur suppose to do, because one slip and you can brick the psp, although usually you can fix bricks in recovery its a pain.
