Please supply this information in this format:
Type in these numbers or look under the battery to get the information.
Age of Phone:
IMEI: Type *#06# ,
Firmware Version: Type *#0000# .
Nokia: (Model)

That's all I have under the battery. I am not even sure if it's 6110 or what....it does not say anywhere...
This phone was registered in the US but not sure with the provider.
Sorry I did not answer in the format you wanted but I mentioned all info. that I can find.

Can't help without that.
It could be AT&T

Your code:Try this ONCE and ONCE only. Remember,
you only get 3 to 5 tries. If you enter the same code two times, that is two tries.
To enter code:
Make sure battery is charged.
Remove sim first.
Power on.
Ignore ?Insert SIM?
Press the # key.
then press the "star" key (*) quickly to get the P and W and +
Press * 3 times quickly for (p) \
Press * 4 times quickly for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times quickly for (+) /
and the rest of the code---
Begin with # and end with #.
IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.
Pay attention. You only have about two seconds.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code. STOP tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked.
Used up all your free tries!!
If it does not work, tell me: What happened? What message
you got. What codes you tried.

The service provider is Rogers. I used some codes from this forum....I think I might have last chance or 2. I did not knew there is a limit....but I can still try a couple.
Currently phone is in Canada, British Columbia.

You must be sure.
The IMEI is a 3120
You must be sure of the Network the phone is locked to. The Code from one Network will not work on another Network.
This is the only other code I have for Rogers 3120b
