How to install to the latest FW ??? pls help

Hi everyone , I noob in psp .... dont know nothin much ....
Right now i havin a psp ver 1.5 wif a devhoob 0.51 ... if i want to install to the latest FW 3.10OE-A
how to install ? and where to get the file beside rapidshare ... ( i cant download from rapidshare )
I heard from someone say that nothin gotto do with devhook .... just backup the data and reformat the memory stick .... isizz true ??? And b4 install to the latest FW like 3.10OE-A , do i need to install the old FW like 3.01 or 3.02 ... from there juz update to 3.10OE-A ..... Can some1 help me .... how to install , update and where to get the file .... Thx a Million

If you are on 1.50 then stay there because you can only upgrade to 3.10 OE-A. DOwnload the file from http://www.psp-hacks.com. I upgraded and the README.txt is very simple. Remember: you can only upgrade to 3.10 OE-A from 1.50. If you upgrade to 3.01, you have to upgrade to 3.03 and then downgrade to 1.50.

In 3.10 OE-A, there's Recovery Mode. You can get to recovery mode by turning off the PSP and keep the switch on OFF for 5 seonds and then when turning it on, press R. Over there, you will get the choice of going back. But you'll never need to go back because 3.10 OE-A 9is the best!

first you need to download the recovery folder and 1.50 eboot

Well, you don't download Recovery Mode. When you upgrade, it's already there! To return to 1.50, you do need the EBOOT.PBP and then in Recovery Mode, you can go back to 1.50 at the touch of a button!
