SOme games seemed to lagged! SO I need Help!!!

CSO and ISO are the same thing. What people usually do is take an ISO file and convert it to a CSO file to have more space on their memory stick. But if you still want to do it, download PSP ISO Compressor (Google it). If you really want to stop the lagging then upgrade to 3.10 OE-A Costom Fimware by Dark_AleX: you can play ISOs and more ISOs work and you don't even need an emulator.

I want to use a CSO file on a normal PC - how?

If I can just covert it to an ISO I can use it through VCD 8.

Any advice?
