But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

It looks pretty cool, probably incredibly addictive. But I doubt my dad'll give me his credit card and let me buy it. Oh Well!

Flow, Q*bert, and the Ridge Racer 7 demo are in the store now.
BUT BEWARE: Flow needs firmware version 1.5(1?) to run, so all those who are not updating and waiting for the PDX loader, don't bother buying flow.

In the HK store, there is also a video of the new Gundam game (not the shitty launch release one) and a trailer for Sonic.
In the US store, there are more videos with Insomniac discussing Resistance. 3 new ones have been added - online, hero moments, and characters. Interesting stuff.
I suggest to you guys that you make an HK account, because they get some really neat stuff that might not even come to the US store... or come, but much later (like RR7 demo).

I downloaded flOw and havent played it yet. I watched my roomate and son play it. It will be a lot more people saying that its pointless. But you have to have a one track mind to play flOw. think about it, You are some kind of organism that eats other organisms to grow and evolve. The best thing about it is that you can just let it "flOw" and it looks like a pretty cool screensaver. Well until Sony does something with that in the updates to come. There will be a lot of deaper explanations to this game. but its unique and thats what makes it the game to talk about of the week. because I doubt it will last that long. its what you call one of those new age classics that is just good to have if you have a PS3. I wonder what the developers of this game will come up with next since they have a contract with Sony to make I beleive three more games......

are the controls pretty cool for flOw?
Many reviewer sites wrote that it takes some getting used to, but in the end it becomes easy...
so do you just like tilt the controller left the the creature swims left...

Im pretty sure you use every bit of the so call six axis. becuz you have to move the controler in all kinds of directions, just to move around as fluent as a real amoeba or paracitic/snake looking creature. Thats really the most fun part of the game. The way you move around, and devour the other smaller oranaisms and sometimes bigger when you get deaper in the levels.Looks like you are going deaper in the water or ocean as you progress. You never know, this whole tme you might just be in a smal puddle of water.But ofcoarse like any game the levels get a lil more challenging when your in battle with another organism or more. But once you think about the overall point of the game, Then it becomes simple. As long as you dont think about the whole point of the game and just get into it, you will like it.....for a while. Its almost like being in a cockpit. where down is up and up is down. Or another best way to describe it is like playing metal gear. you have to remember your position if your facing a certain way and you have to make a turn. You have to picture yourself in water and think about which way you wana turn. and the x button is like a little dash or sprint to attack or excape from other and bigger creaters to eat you and hopeflly evolve.
I wonder if Im the first to say that this game may go down in history as the most primative game you could ever play. this game gives a new meaning to starting from scratch

flow is fun, but only for awhile. its a good game to pass around with a bowl. qbert im not into, and rr7 i own, so i guess i wait again. so motorstorm is my next purchase, and ill be at best buy at opening to ensure i get one.
