I am using ripit4me decrypter and shrink but when i tried to back up 24(tv show dvd)i get the following error

Right at the top you have DMA off for your DVD ROM and burner. You need to correct the problem.
Follow the path and uninstall the Secondary IDE channel and Reboot your system. Control Panel/System, under hardware tab click Device Manager. Under controllers uninstall the secondary channell. Follow the steps in the picture and you won't get lost. Don't forget to reboot right after doing the uninstall.

Why don't you turn on the DMA and give us a fresh log to see if that helped. I didn't point out the problem and post how to take care of it to waste your time, or mine. Posting the original is a waste of time, plus it's more difficult to read in bold type.
Plus you need to update your firmware on the HP burner to HJ24. It's available at the HP website in support. I used it to update mine, I have the same drive. That's been out for a long time though.
So, firmware update and turn DMA on.
