cannot backup crackdown

i just bought crackdown and I tried to back it up myself and it does not work.
I have a kreon drive with the .81 firmware and I use xbox backup creator or schtrom to back them up.
It only shows 5 MB
All other games work fine.
Is there a firmware that Im not aware of

read my thread entitled "problem with crackdown" that will solve your problem if you follow my steps. but just make sure you click the unlock drive button twice it should pop up saying 6.81 gigs.
