WinDVD creator wont burn to DVD!!!??

i have a real copy of this program and everything works up to the point wehre the tab that says make movie. thers three options, burn to disk, burn to harddrive, n load from harddrive to burn to disk or something. i can burn to hard drive no problem. it comes out with the two folders (audio_ts n video_ts) n works fine. but when i click burn to disk. on the next screen wehre it says pick device n speed. its hazed out like it wont even let me click it. n it does it on both computers. my laptop has dvd burner and this computer has dvd burner?????? i dnt understand the prblem...please help thanks.
