I recently purchased dvdxplatinum and Video Vault. I had 2 scsi drive crashes in my desktop my laptop crashed so I bought a new one a memory module went bad and had to do a destructive restore which ate up 7 activations. I have emailed x software for the last month nicely threatened cajolled to no avail. Does anyone know a workaround to get this software installed. PS does anyone know addresses for this company and any company with ties to it in the USA.
