i recently installed a duo 3 gold modchip in my v7 ps2 and when i turn it on i get no picture or any sound but the disc tray still opens and spins and the fan spins any one got a solution 4 this problem

Try double checking all your solder points. I installed a DMS4 Pro chip yesterday and had this exact problem. I re-did a ground wire and everything worked just fine. I've also had that issue if I bridged or mis-wired the BIOS.
