can i upgrade from 3.03oe-c to anything higher except other cfw's. SO can i upgrade from 3.03oe-c to like fw 3.10

Yes, you can. You can upgrade from any custom FW to any HIGHER FW.

because when i try to download videos, pics and games, they always show that it is corrupt. When i had regular fw, it didn't do that. Thats why.

can i upgrade to regular 3.03 from 3.03oe-c. and when i do that, do i upgrade using the recovery menu.(psp/game/eboot.PBP)

Dude, you're doing something wrong. Don't give up so easily. I have 3.03 OE-C and I can view pics, vids and all that just fine.

Oh, Idk. I don't use my PSP for vids. I just bought my PSP for games and mp3s. However, I stopped using my PSP for mp3s and it's just straight games now. But then again, I don't even play games on it anymore; It's just for hacking. But there's nothing left to hack. So wtf do I own a PSP for?!
