I recently got 2 different Ratchet and clank iso's but they booth wont boot up, any suggestions? I'm using 3.03 oe-c thanks in advance.

all u have to do is overclock your psp to 266 and the game will play

thats not an overclock....that's more like a clock lock. psp's processor was built as a 333mhz processor, sony just runs it lower

also, for everyone that is concerned with overheating ; Firmware constantly ran at 333mhz but due to battery life complaints it was changed.
