3.03 OE-C defintley

Advantages:

Almost impossible to brick.
Full Game compatibility(PSP).
Full Speed PSX emulation.
Plugins such as Screenshot and Auto USB.
ISO and CSO loading from XMB without any UMD present.
Hackable Wave Effects, XMB, Battery Icons, Volume Bars, Busy Icons.
Web Browswer
Flash0 and 1 Flashing via USB.
Kxploited and 1.0 Eboot loading.
