capture.prx (vsh)
irsmp3.prx (vsh)
capture.prx (game)
cheatdevice.prx (game)
irsmp3.prx (game)
vcscheatdevice.prx (game)
capture.prx (pops)

i can't find what are they for, anyone please?

these are all plugins
VSH is in the xmb
GAME is in game
irsmp3 lets you play music in game\xmb
capture is a screen shot taker
vcscheatdevice is a cheat device which modifies GTA VCS
