IF your running 3.03 oe-c fw then just hold onto r white turning on your psp and youll be in recovery menu. go to advance then toggle flash0 to enable and a folder will pop up on your pc, go into vsh and resource then go download a wave or w/e u want to change and put it in.

topmenu_plugin.rco = labels, icons
system_plugin_bg.rco = wave effect
ltn0.pgf = main font
the .rco go in vsh/resource
font files go in the font folder
all located in flash0
