USB Boot disk, Problem a little help??

Okay im the guy that flashed his ms25 perfectly then I flashed it again, then again, then it bricked on the 3rd flash for being a moron (Thnk you floppy dirve very much). Anyways I bought a new MS25 drive, but I dont want to use the floppy drive to flash this one because I dont want to mess it up again. I want to use the USB flash drive however im having problems on the boot up. I keep getting a message that says "press F1 key to retry boot or F2 to enter setup" My bios version is "A06" usb supported boot. I used the flashboot program but I have no luck! if anyone knows the proper settings for FLASHBOOT program, or another way of creating a USB boot disk let me know, even point me to the right direction because I want to play all night till the sun comes up.
