Help Please! AR Max and CDLoader.elf

Alright guys, need some help here. I have a fat PS2, a later version, and I have just recently purchased the AR Max in the silver tin that does not come with the pendrive and does not come with the Max Media Creator. It is the newest version I believe.

Here is the problem. I cannot for the life of me load the CDLoad.elf to the memory card. I have created various cds using the downloaded cdloader.elf files and have converted them to a bin/cue file and tried to load it as well. The pain is that this version of AR Max does not have a media player, so I am stuck. I have read most of the tutorials and it seems like most people get the CDloader loaded rather easily and have problems elsewhere, well I cant get past this step. Thanks in advance for any help.
