Hey guys, I guess this may be related to my post of why the XBox only boots with the eject button.

Anyway, trying to do the softmod and am running into further complications. I am using UnleashX with the Splinter Cell exploit. I loaded up the Linux Installer from the save, and began the process. I backed up the EEPROM, then chose "Install the Softmod" option. Screen went on to the next section where it asks if you want to install NKPatcher .06 or NKPatcher .67, and that's where it stops.

When I tell it to install either .06/.67 and choose EvolutionX or UnleashX for the dashboard, it comes up with these error messages:

Batch Process Failed
The last item was: .
Action: Rename

I'm able to FTP into this XBox. I don't see the BIOS anywhere. This appears to be a v1.1 model.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as always!
