I just installed the flip top cover on my PS2 slim and when I burn a game and try to play it it will take 30 minutes to load. I've tried using Sony DVD-R And Playo -rAny help would be greatly thankn

First of all, switch to DVD+R media, don't use 16x spd disc, and if you do so, only at your own discretion, and because your PS2 is a slim, it hardly has the expletive to read DVD-R for the laser of your PS2 is very picky, like many others, so switching to DVD+R would be a nice bet and it'll work better. Btw, try avoiding low class media like Fujifilm and Memorex and if you still choose to do so, hey, I warned you.

Ok so I went out to bestbuy and picked up a pack of Fujifilm DVD+R and I still have the same problem.
