ok people need some help here.

i have a computer that is running windows 2003 ent sp2
i can install windows 2003 ent as long as its not integrated into the cd
i can then run all updates with no errors

but when i create a integrated cd i get various errors

when i integrate windows 2003 sp1 and try fresh install i get the following error;
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - 0x000000D1 during install

then i tried windows 2003 with sp2 integrated and get the following errors
PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED - STOP: 0x0000006B during install

the integrated cd's will work on all other systems i have tried.

computer specs:
asus p4c800e deluxe
intel p4 3.2
2gigs of kingston ram. (memtest checked out)
3ware 12port 9000 series raid card
74 gig raptor as main drive using motherboard sata port
8 - 500 gig drives on the 3ware card in raid 0

I am now at a lost and would like to find out why

any help is appreciated
