Hey guys im completly new to this, im trying to figure things out, but everything is scattered. Now i have never updated/Downgraded my PSP, Now if i upgrade to the "awsome"3.03 oe-c or w.e its called what can i do, what cant i do? after i upgrade to that, what can i do, can i make backgrounds and etc.... and what about downloading full games, not homebrew, how does all this work.... uim sure you have discussed this 10 000 times but i really need help, thanks to everyone who helps me

3.03 OE-C lets you run 3.03 firmware while you also have the ability to play isos, homebrew, and customize your XMB. to download games use bittorrent.

so after i dl it, where do i put it on the psp, i load it on the pc first then what
