I open my Nero 5.5.10.3 and choose File, Burn Image. I Choose the Files of Type: dropdown menu and select .CUE file. I select write speed, and Disc-At-Once. All it does burn the 6 kb cue file. OF COURSE THE CD IS TRASH BECAUSE THE CD WAS FINALIZED! I know these are good iamge files (cue & bin)

What are the contents of your CUE file? Have you considered updating to a different version of Nero?

Yeah i find that Nero sometimes has some perks with CUE burning so i relegate most of my image burning to CDRWIN.

You have a problem in your .cue file, you specify that Nero has to burn the .cue file in
FILE ".....cue" BINARY
it must be
FILE ".....bin" BINARY

Microsoft Flight Sim 2004: A Century Of Flight is Safedisc 2.9 cd protected (cd 4). Use CDMage and load cd 4 to determine if it's a "true image" or if it's a "cracked" version. You'll know by exploring the tree directory of cd 4 (crack folder). If it's a "true image" then post the name brand and model# of your cd burner. If it's a cracked version then try a free burning program called burnatonce. Load the cue and burn each file format at 8x.

I have the same gut feeling to m8. "ShareReactor" gives it away...
