ok i kinda need help to but mainly my friend
heres the prob my friends wants me to soft mod his xbox but i told him i d just give him my modded hdd but that didnt work so i was thinking about using xbox hdm the one that i used for my xbox hdd im not sure if it will work though i downloaded it from the net and it worked for me like 5 times for my xbox
anouther slayers what do i ned to do there can i use that ?

why dont u just softmod it dat would be the easyist thing to do an dif u have a slayers disk it may not work cause some boxes cant read DVD-R without already being modded

i would just recommend a chip reason simple the chip firmawre can be upgraded if needed the slayer evox disk works the best it formats locks and unlocks hard drives and installs all dashboards so no need to worry there and you can do more with slayers disk then a softmod also if you are just going to use the console to run burned games why dont you just mod the cd drive with the xbox 1 firmware hack
