i upgraded to 3.003 oec but none of my icons changed.anyone know what to do....help plz

u gota download icons and waves and w/e you want to change then while turning on your psp hold onto r to get into recovery mode then go to advance,toggle flash0 to enable a new folder will appear on your pc then go into vsh then replace the old file with a new file ex. im gona change my wave so i go into vsh then into resource then i put my new wave into the folder. and before u start f-ing with your psp flash0 make sure to backup everything incase of brick.
