Yo, don't know how major this is, I'm probably slow, but my friend literally has windows on his psp, its not a skin its like a hack activated through your browser, he also played ISOs on his PSP, I was wondering where this mod was, he said he would get it for me, but I'm curious to learn this. His psp is not downgraded, I was going to do it for him, but he stumble across one of his korean sites and found this hack.

well its just a mini application that is launched through the psp web browser and it looks like windows, its not the real windows if you get me

Well, I saw him do it so I'm guessing he is. Then I asked did he downgrade his psp, he said no, I checked it was still 3.03, and it told him to play games off my MS, but he was like I have to put it in the windows folder first.
