How do i play a CSO file on 3.03 OE C?

I tried searching but couldn't find anything on it.

Do i need devhook? I tried just putting the file on my memstick. In the game folder, the game 150 folder and the mpROOT folder.

I just started reading up about firmware and everything yesterday so i have no idea.

Create a new folder named "ISO" in the root of your memory stick (With MUSIC, GAME, ect.) and dump your ISOs and CSOs in there.
