Hi all,

I recently purchased a V14 PS2, and I also purchased a game called Beyond Good and Evil. I have played the game on a V12 before, and it worked without a problem. However, on my V14, I am getting these stutters in the sound. The sound works, but for some reason it keeps on repeating even when no repeats are supposed to be present.

For example: loading screen, choosing different languages, you press down or up from English to French, etc will make a beep sound. I press up or down, will make beep sound again. But if I keep doing it, eventually the beep will somehow offset and then keep beeping even if I don't press up or down (beep beep beep beep beep beep ... endless amounts of beeps). When I'm battling monsters, they may scream and then the scream will repeat in similar fashion.

Please, can anybody confirm if Beyond Good and Evil on V14 is beyond repair??? Does anybody else who has a V14 and this game have the same problem or is it just me?
