No Discovery Channels?

I wonder if anyone has had or knows how to sort this problem. I have fitted a box (Sagem x1 which works flawlessly in my house, same area) into a friends house and I can't get any picture or sound on any of the Discovery Channels. It displays the correct epg, but then says 'Error channel not available'. All other channels are fine, free and PPV.

I have tried, various images, and used different cams and ucodes, but nothing I do will bring these channels through.

Any ideas?

I am tempted to get him to contact Telepest and ask them to switch Discovery onto his 'proper' box to see if it's a line issue.
