locked in US (i'm guessing)

i did check the code before i pressed the last #, but i didn't get not the error message or the success message...any idea what that could be?

Some phones may require inserting a non accepted sim to make the unlock take place. Do not use this method if your phone has shown "Code Error", "Phone Restrictions On"
This method is only for no response at all, meaning the code you entered just sets there on the screen.

1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)
