Swap magic with PSX Boot CD- will this work?

Right i was thinking the other day if swap magic could play psx games but then i found out on the net it's not true. So i was wondering, i had an idea,(sorry if this confuses you) here goes:
say you was to download a psx boot cd from the net and burn it. This is probaly a noob question, but if you used the cd version of swap magic V6 plus, boot up the cd, then boot up the psx cd? but then again, if the psx boot cd was identified as an actual psx game itself, there would be no point in doing it. so, what i was thinking, if you were to get a boot disk that would be identified by a swap magic as a PS2 disk, and that boots, wouldn't that work? however i don't think there is one at the present time. So what do you all think?
