psp umds not spinning

my umds was not reading so i opened up the psp and i have found out that the discs arent spinning the laser is just making noise.
any ideas

Hi i am new to psp but when i put a dsk in mine it wouldnt work then i found that the round plastic cover what protects the disk had come loose and was pushing the disk up against the back of the casing and so couldnt spin
