Verbatims are running me $17.99 for a 10 pack at Microcenter. Honestly, I'm just using Windatas now, because they've worked in 4 different 360s for me with no problems and they are just $1 a disc.

I don't know. Verbatims are still the best in my book, but the Windatas are coding out at RICOHJPN\D0 and their performance has been almost as good for me as the Verbatims. Even if I may have to reburn a game here and there I'm not too worried about it when you are talking about $1 a disc. I was skeptical of them due to the price and being a Microcenter brand, but they've even worked in a 360 that didn't the the same game burned on a Verbatim. That's what really sold me on them.

Supermediastore.com is about the only place i will buy media these days. They have a 100% genuine guarantee.
They have good sales but the current price is the same as Newegg and also have free UPS ground shipping on them.

Actually if you buy like 40 the price gets cheaper and they are 1.92 a disc if you buy a 100.
Which is the best deal I've found. So I don't really want 100 disks so I'm going to talk to my friend and see if he wants 50 or something.

you are not going to find many media stores out there with better prices and free shipping then Supermedialstore.com
I have trusted them for years now and always get my Verbatim 6X DVD+R DL from them as well as my Taiyo Yuden 8X DVD-R single layer.

Tried that link above... Not all that great, really. Maybe for verb's... Either way, I'm hoping tha manufacturers hurry up and start making these cheaper. They're not completely unreasonable right now; but they're certainly not what I would call a 'good' price yet.
I just got some Dynex from Best Buy myself... The only problem I'm finding(In reviews, haven't used them yet) is that they are inconsistent, sometimes they come up as top notch riteks, some times they won't burn anything at all. It seems they are manufactured every which place... Ack!
I've been using Sony/Memorex/Verbatim media to produce my video projects (I have two DV cams and a lot of spare time to make funny videos, and then edit them on my pc :D) Once they started getting long; I couldn't use single layer discs anymore, the quality bugged me.
I haven't heard any opinions on Sony Media here... What's the general consensus on those?
