Can't get rid of AVG help!

I have tried to uninstall AVG from the control panedl which said uninstallation finised and it still hadn't rmoved it,i trhen tried going through the program ins tart and doing in and the same thing happened it said it unistalled sucessfully but was still there eveytime i retsrt my pc and its bugging me now. I tried deleting the folder for in on program files but access was denied.Has anybdy got a piece of software i can use to remove this piece of software?
