How to convert 3.02oe-b to 3.03oe-c?

I would like to find out how to change from 3.02oe-b to 3.03oe-c? Is there a direct way of doing it? What is the difference between these 2 version?

i don't think it should be called "converting 3.02 oe-b to c" just a note. ur not converting. it can be updating directly

The 3.03 OE-C is a full install. just install it like whatever you have was installed. No need to go through the different versions. (a-a') etc...
