I just got a free phone which is Nokia 6030, how can you tell is RM-225?

MCCRASH, do I take the SIM card out and power on and input *#0000# as a code? What result will it come out will tell me that is RM-225 or not? Will it count as 1 error entry out of 3 or else it will disable the unlock ability?
