I have all the right files that i extracted with XBC the ss files the pfi and dmi files I have the iso image i got useing the current partition. Now when i go to merge them it merges in 5 secs and then I go to burn the dvd files with Img Burn and it burns a coaster. Im L

two solutions - one is just get the new XBC 2.4 and try it again - it has fized those partition issues.

second is based on your attached image you need to have the add video partition checked along with the pad with blanks.

then press merge again and it should take at least 10-20 minutes to complete. I did find that my ssmerger would freeze unless I went to the folder where the iso file is being created and kept hitting refresh.
